5 Minute Seared Sesame Tuna on the Grill

Ingredients:

6-8 oz Ahi Tuna. Make sure to get good quality, sushi grade (This amount serves 2 people)
Salt & pepper
Sesame seeds
Soy sauce & lemon slices for serving

Directions:

Heat grill to the highest temperature (500 - 700 degrees F, depending on your grill). Pat tuna dry and coat liberally with salt, pepper and sesame seeds.

Sear tuna on the grill 1-2 minutes on each side. Allow to rest for 1 minute. Cut into thin pieces and serve with lemon slices and soy sauce for dipping. Enjoy!
