Bread-less Bacon, Egg & Cheese

Ingredients: 
2 strips of bacon (turkey or regular) 
5 eggs
1/4 cup of minced chives
Splash of water
1/3 cup of shredded cheese (any kind. I like cheddar best with my eggs)
Salt & pepper


First cook the bacon until it's extra crispy. Set aside in between 2 sheets of paper towels to absorb any extra grease.
 
Then scramble the eggs with the splash of water (to make them fluffy), minced chives, salt and pepper. Cook the eggs in the same pan you used to make the bacon on low head. While the eggs are cooking, cut the bacon strips into small pieces. 
 
When they're finished cooking, remove the eggs from the heat and plate them. Top with cheese and garnish with bacon chips. Enjoy!
